Questions you may have
What if my photos are prints in an album or a box?
Take a picture of them with your phone and send that. You can lay out several prints in one picture, or photograph a whole album page. We cut them apart and straighten each one.
When does the time start?
The turnaround starts when you finish sending your photos and details. You’ll see how your film is coming along at the same private link.
What if I have more photos than my package holds?
Nothing is lost. Your photos stay safe with us, and you can add room for 25 more at a time, or choose which ones to leave out.
What if my connection drops while I’m sending?
Your photos pick up where they stopped. You can also leave and come back to your link later, even from another phone or computer.
Do I need to install anything?
No. It all happens in your phone’s web browser, with nothing to install and no account to create.
Who can see my photos?
Your order is reached only through your private link, and we use your photos only to make your film. To do that, your photos may be processed by AI service providers, including Anthropic.
